Our first employee was technical support and that is the importance given by us to our customers. We assist our partners during product commissioning and undertake AMC as well as product specific support requirements. We have already signed up for long term maintenance contracts for our products on post warranty areas. Our support locations are at Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi with ability to reach other customer locations as per requirement.
